1. Membership is open to individuals who work in the field of science, health and other related interests, with the goal of furthering the objectives of the organization.
2. Membership is by invitation or application to the Secretary General in writing.
3. Deadline of application for membership for the fiscal year will be set by the Secretary General.
4. The Secretary General will present applicant/s for membership in a meeting of the Executive Committee for approval not later than the lst quarter of each year. The Executive Committee will decide on the approval of the application/s for membership with two-thirds majority vote of those present during the meeting.
5. The Secretary General will inform the applicant/s regarding the status of the application for membership within two weeks after the Executive Committee Meeting. Application for membership after the lst quarter of the year will only be acted upon by the Executive Committee under special circumstances.
6. Membership becomes effective when the applicant has paid the first annual dues to the treasurer.
Members shall be considered inactive when they fail to:
pay their annual dues for 3 consecutive years.
attend the annual meeting for 3 consecutive years
